Since January 2006 I have been recovering from a snapped ACL after a skiing accident. After 3 months of physical therapy I would say I was only 60% recovered. I could walk but I couldn’t jump or run without the risk of hurting myself. After working with Mandy for 4 months my knee is stronger and I was confident enough to ski again in February 2008! Mandy has also taught me how to eat right without starving myself and now I am down 2 pant sizes. The best part of it all is that I am strong enough to do the things I love again!!! |
