I will use this assessment as a benchmark to monitor your progress and the effectiveness of your exercise program. Together we will define your fitness goals based on what is important to you. I will design your specific program based on your needs, abilities, and goals. I will also demonstrate exercises, monitor your progress and keep you motivated by changing your workout routine, not only for variety, but also to allow continuous progression.
