I will use this assessment as a benchmark to monitor your progress and the effectiveness of your exercise program. Together we will define your fitness goals based on what is important to you. I will design your specific program based on your needs, abilities, and goals. I will also demonstrate exercises, monitor your progress and keep you motivated by changing your workout routine, not only for variety, but also to allow continuous progression. Scientific studies have shown that people with supervised workouts get better results!
